Digital Products
All sales of digital products (eBooks, downloadable guides, courses, etc.) are final once the purchase is completed. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or exchanges are generally not offered after the product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience with our products. If you encounter any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a refund:
- Technical issues that prevent the use or access of the digital product, and our support team cannot resolve the problem within 7 business days.
- Accidental duplicate purchases where more than one of the same product was purchased unintentionally.
Refund Requests

- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshots or details of the technical issue (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to read the product description or requirements before purchasing.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product after download.
- Non-use of the product after purchase.
