    I'm not one to write reviews ( no time ), but I had to take the time to write one now, because I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and the size of this self care book! It's as big as a school binder and all of the pages have light green graphics pf herbs and plants and are lined on top of it, as well as boxes that you can check and write what you've done for self care that day. There are even prompt and examples at the beginning of the book , and each page has a positive quote at the top. It's actually pretty thick too, so there's alot of writing space. I'm really happy I purchase this and the price is right for something this amazing! I'm going to buy more and gift them to friends! Appropriate for males or females! Love it! ❤️

    it's pretty lame, looks like a copy of a copy, very grainy so hard to even read, don't bother wasting your money on this it'd be cheaper and easier to go to your local dollar store and purchase a journal so you'd at least have your choice of hard or soft cover and could organize it however you want instead of it being basically like a comp book with a photocopy of a photocopy as your cover ....lame!

    I really wanted the cover (only) but I thought there was more to read inside. Inside is just a bunch of pages with check boxes and lines to write things in like a journal, and each page is headlined with a "Gratitude" quote from some renowned person. I assume that is supposed to give you a kick start of writing something you are grateful for. I won't be using it for that, maybe a check list of things I need to do and I will use the boxes to check them off once the deed is done. May be good for those who like to get into deep thought and need something to prompt that thought. Good price for the journal.

Perhaps something relevant to tarot? They were clear in the description but I assumed noone would sell a book just for the cover but I was wrong.

    First, this purchase was a mistake. I had searched for "tarot chart", a visual reference I could glance down at while I learn. I looked at the picture but I did not pay attention to the VERY OBVIOUS fact that it's a journal. LOL. My review, though, is about the journal itself. The cover image, which is the quick reference chart, is very blurry. If you expand the photo, you can see what I mean. You can read it, but would have to lean down and squint to read it. (I wear current prescription glasses, so it's not my eyesight.) The inside has a suggested use on the second page, but is otherwise a flexible format. As a lover of lists, I like the check boxes on each line. I would use something like this as running to-do list or as a tool for project management if it would fit in my purse. So the size of this journal--8.5"x11"--and the blurry cover will prevent me from keeping it.

    I got this mainly for the chart on the front. I thought it was some type of Tarot Card self care journal.

    First of all, the images on the front are extremely blurry and you can barely read what they say.

    Secondly, the pages inside are just blank lined pages. I thought there would be prompts or something.

    Lastly, the same quotes are repeated throughout the pages and I hate everything about this "journal". Had I known this was what it was, I would have saved my money and just used notebook paper since that is essentially what is inside, besides the check boxes on each line.

    I'm not at all happy with this purchase and I hate I wasted money on this.

    I gave the review 3 stars because the images on the cover, both pictures of the tarot and meanings, were blurry. I think the creator found the cover image online and increased the scale to make a journal cover without considering this would cause blurriness. The journal features quotes at the top of the pages, places at the top to write the date, Self care advise at the beginning of the journal, and has lined pages to write in for the journal section. Each blank line in the journal section has an empty square at the beginning of each row.
